Some of the main benefits of this scheme are:

           Zurich (Enhanced scheme)

• Nil Excess (Other than £250 malicious damage from tenants and £1000 subsidence).

• £5million property owner's liability cover included free of charge.

• Policy is on a full All Risks basis and all damage is covered unless specifically excluded.

• 30% loss of rent cover is provided automatically and free of charge.

• Employers Liability cover (£10million) automatically included.

• 35% Day one uplift automatically included.

• Malicious damage from tenants automatically included.

• Accidental damage cover automatically included.

• The policy automatically notes all interested parties with no need to endorse.

• Damage to trees, shrubs and plants is covered (up to a limit of £5000)

• Cover is provided (up to a limit of £10million) to other properties owned by the policy holder which they

• inadvertently omit to insure.

• Cover is provided (up to a limit of £10million) where a lease states that the tenant is responsible for insuring a property but they fail to do so.

• Privity of contract cover included.

• Properties newly acquired by the policy holder are covered (up to a limit of £5million & £10million for retail and office premises) for 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Removal of nests and vermin is covered per claim £1000.00. 

• Fly tipping cover provided (covering the cost of removal of property illegally in the insured property or its grounds up to a limit of £25,000).

• Claims up to £2000 settled within 48 hours.
